I was born and raised on a farm in North Dakota, where I learned the value of hard work and community. After graduating from high school, I moved to Nebraska and started my career with Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. While there, I attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated from DeVry Electronics Institute. My dedication and skills led to a promotion to PBX Design Engineer, where I obtained a Top Secret government clearance and worked directly with the Air Force underground Command Post in Omaha.
In 1968, I received my first real estate license from the state of Nebraska. My career then took me to Boulder, Colorado, where I successfully grew a real estate business into owning multiple companies in Colorado and Wyoming. After a decade of success, I expanded my career and accepted a position as Director of Business Development within an electronics company in the Seattle area.
Following extensive travels across the United States and getting married, I decided to embrace a simpler life in a small mountain town east of Seattle, continuing my passion for real estate. Eventually, I settled in Lewistown, Montana, a perfect place for me to enjoy my hobbies, including hunting, fishing, archery, and amateur radio (N7ZNV).
In 2009, I obtained my Montana Real Estate Broker’s license, adding to my credentials in Colorado, Wyoming, and Washington. I am also a proud Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Leveraging my electronics background, I offer advanced internet marketing services to my clients, including webcams, a personal website, and the expertise required to market real estate effectively in today’s digital age.
